1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LevelIQ (leveliq.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

LevelIQ is a portfolio analytics platform that provides data-driven insights on mutual fund portfolios including overlap analysis, sector concentration, and portfolio health scores. LevelIQ is NOT a SEBI registered investment advisor. All information provided is for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Not Investment Advice

Nothing on LevelIQ constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. LevelIQ is not a SEBI Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or Research Analyst (RA). You should not make any investment decision based solely on the information provided by LevelIQ. Always consult a SEBI registered financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. LevelIQ reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data and Privacy

Portfolio data you upload is used solely to generate your analysis. Raw portfolio data is anonymized after analysis. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal or financial data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments made on LevelIQ are processed securely via Razorpay. Report unlock fees (₹49/report) are non-refundable once the report has been unlocked and viewed. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Contact hello@leveliq.in for payment disputes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on LevelIQ including Portfolio Health Score™, PortfolioIQ™, RiskIQ™, OverlapIQ™, InsightIQ™, and related trademarks are the property of LevelIQ. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

LevelIQ shall not be liable for any investment losses, financial damages, or other losses arising from your use of the platform or reliance on information provided. Use the platform at your own risk. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid by you in the last 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

LevelIQ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
