1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address (via Google OAuth or magic link), and portfolio data you enter or upload. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and analysis performed.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to: provide portfolio analysis services, generate your Portfolio Health Score™, improve our algorithms and features, send transactional emails (report notifications, payment receipts), and communicate product updates. We do NOT use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Portfolio Data
Portfolio data you enter or upload is processed to generate your analysis. Raw holdings data is anonymized after processing — we store aggregated statistics (health scores, sector percentages) but not your specific fund names or investment amounts in identifiable form after analysis.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
5. Authentication
We use Google OAuth and Supabase Auth for authentication. We never store your Google password. Authentication tokens are encrypted and stored securely.
6. Payments
Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. LevelIQ does not store your credit card, debit card, UPI, or banking information. All payment data is processed and stored by Razorpay per their security standards.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.
8. Third-Party Services
We use: Supabase (database and auth), Railway (backend hosting), Vercel (frontend hosting), Razorpay (payments), Google OAuth (authentication). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data handling.
9. Data Retention
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Portfolio analysis data is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data by contacting hello@leveliq.in. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data, and opt out of non-essential communications. Contact hello@leveliq.in to exercise these rights.
11. Children's Privacy
LevelIQ is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
12. Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
